Order Confirmation

Stickysweater.com reserves the right to refuse your purchase for thorough reasons such as that we cannot process your payment or if an item runs out of stock. If your order is approved and completed, you will receive a confirmation to your email. It is of the utmost importance that you enter a correct email address when placing your order. The order confirmation serves as a receipt and a valid certificate of your purchase, and we urge you to save it with great accuracy.

Change the order

Once you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we will begin processing the order in our system and in our warehouse. Once the package has left the warehouse, there is no possibility to change your order. If you discover errors in the specified contact information, it is your duty to contact customer service.

Sticky Sweater accepts payment with:

We do not store any credit card numbers. Your payment is handled by Stripe, Klarna or Swish. If for any reason a payment is not made after your purchase, Sticky Sweater will automatically cancel your order. If you pay by credit card, the total amount will be reserved in your account immediately when the order is placed. The money is charged when your order is registered for delivery from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation that includes a receipt for the completed purchase.

Promo Codes

Ordering

Before you complete and pay for an order, you can review your order and make changes. You are bound by your order only when you accept it and our terms at checkout. Sticky Sweater reserves the right to limit and / or cancel an order.

By placing an order on stickysweater.com, you confirm that you are accredited to do so. Orders placed in another person’s name without consent will be reported to the authorities.

Taxes

All prices stated on stickysweater.com apply to all purchases made on the website. All prices presented on the website include VAT and we deliver worldwide. Shipping and other costs that may apply are clearly shown at checkout before a purchase is made. Please note that locally adapted fees may apply outside the EU. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
